The two companies inaugurated weekly flights between Brazil and Argentina and to Cuba.

White Jet will fly from Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro to Varadero Beach, and GOL will connect Buenos Aires with the city of Santa Clara, where tourists can stay on Cayo Santa Marķa and Cayo Ensenachos.

White Jet will use a 236-seat Boeing 767 plane until August, and GOL will operate a similar aircraft until March 2011.
